Brain breaks are a fantastic way to keep kids engaged and active during learning or study sessions. Here are some fun and active brain break ideas for kids:

1. Dance Party: Have a short dance session where kids can dance to their favorite music or a fun, upbeat song.

2. Simon Says: Play a game of "Simon Says" with physical movements, like jumping, hopping, or touching their toes.

3. Animal Walks: Have kids imitate different animal movements, such as bear crawls, frog jumps, or crab walks.

4. Fitness Bingo: Create a bingo card with various exercises, and let kids mark off the exercises as they complete them.

5. Freeze Dance: Play music and have kids dance around; when the music stops, they freeze until it starts again.
