Our brain needs breaks from time to time. ‘“Forced focus” can diminish our ability to focus. Active activity can help to replenish our ability to focus. Brain Breaks or “Fit Breaks” allow us time to get up, get active, and let our brain relax so we can refocus AND also improve our learning retention and productivity.
